At Uniport AI, we strive to provide transparent pricing and clear usage metrics so you can manage your AI spend with confidence.

🚫 No Refund on Added Funds

Please note:

All funds added to your Uniport AI account are non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Prepaid credits

  • Pay-as-you-go top-ups

  • Promotional balances (if any)

Once funds are added, they are immediately available for API usage and platform services, and thus cannot be reversed, refunded, or transferred.


⚖️ Fair Billing Practices

We make every effort to ensure:

  • Clear usage logs

  • Real-time token and cost tracking in your dashboard

  • No hidden or recurring fees unless explicitly selected

If you believe there has been an error in billing or platform functionality, you are encouraged to contact us within 7 days of the issue.

🧾 Subscription Refunds (if applicable)

If Uniport offers monthly or yearly subscriptions in the future:

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance

  • Partial refunds will not be issued for unused time if you cancel mid-cycle

  • You may continue using services until the end of your billing period
