Uniport AI is a universal AI API platform that provides access to a wide range of machine learning models, including text, image, audio, embedding, and moderation models.
The Service is provided by Uniport Technologies ("we", "us", or "our").
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Uniport. If you’re using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you must have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Your Account
To use the API, you must:

Provide accurate and complete information
Keep your API key(s) and credentials confidential
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Use of the Service
Permitted Use
You may use the Service to:
Build applications using supported models
Research, test, and integrate AI into your products
Access models via REST APIs and compatible SDKs
Restrictions
You agree not to:
Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive content
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit Uniport infrastructure
Circumvent rate limits or abuse free-tier usage
Use the models for surveillance, fraud, harassment, or autonomous weapons
5. API Access & Rate Limits
Your usage is subject to API quotas and limits, based on your plan
Abuse or excessive usage may lead to temporary or permanent suspension
We reserve the right to throttle or disable access in the event of misuse
6. Content & Data
You retain ownership of the content (prompts and outputs) you generate via Uniport.
We do not use your input or output data to train any models. Data may be logged temporarily for performance monitoring, rate limiting, abuse detection, and billing.

7. Model Availability
Uniport provides access to third-party models (e.g., GPT, Claude, SDXL) as a gateway. These models may:
Change over time
Become temporarily unavailable
Be removed based on provider terms
We do not guarantee permanent access to specific models.
8. Pricing & Payment
Usage of the Service may be free or paid, depending on your plan
Paid plans require a valid payment method
Charges are based on tokens, requests, or time used per model
We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice

9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
You breach these Terms
You misuse or overload the Service
We are required to do so by law or a model provider
Termination will revoke your API key and access to models.
10. Intellectual Property
Uniport and its trademarks, branding, and platform UI are the property of Uniport Technologies.
You may not use Uniport branding without permission, except as allowed under fair use or attribution.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
That model outputs will be correct, safe, or unbiased
That the Service will be free from interruptions or security vulnerabilities
That specific models will always be available
Use of AI carries risk — you are responsible for how model outputs are used in your applications.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uniport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of:
Use or misuse of the Service
Errors or omissions in model outputs
Suspension, loss, or modification of API access
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 90 days.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Uniport, its officers, affiliates, and employees from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Any content generated or distributed through your app
14. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we do, we’ll provide notice on our site or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes means you agree to the new Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws.
